APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE
WATER NO. 93063
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 13th day of October 2023 Stillwater Firearms Association of Fallon, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to appropriate 0.067 c.f.s. and 2.0 a.f.a. of the public waters of the State of Nevada. Diversion is to be made from an underground source at a point located within the SW1/4 NE1/4 Section 9, T19N, R29E, MDB&M or at a point from which the S1/4 corner of said Section 9 bears N 09 degrees 09 minutes 03 seconds E, a distance of 3,066.18 feet (approx. 5 miles N-NE of downtown Fallon, NV). Water will be used for commercial purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
