NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned is the duly appointed and qualified Trustee of The Borst Family 2000 Trust Dated August 17, 2000 (Restated April 22, 2019). The Grantor/Settlor (Gary R. Borst) of the Trust, died on May 14, 2023.
A creditor having a claim against the Trust or the Grantor/Settlor of estate must file a claim with Kalicki Collier, LLP, at 401 Ryland Street, Suite 200, Reno, NV 89502, within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this notice.
