APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE WATER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 1st day of November 2023 Oney Family Trust of Fallon, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to appropriate 0.06684 c.f.s. and 4.48 a.f.a. of the public waters of the State of Nevada. Diversion is to be made from an underground source at a point located within the NE1/4 NE1/4 Section 19, T18N, R29E, MDB&M or at a point from which the N1/4 corner of said Section 19 bears N 75 degrees 50 minutes 30 seconds W, a distance of 1,372 feet (approx. 5 miles South of Fallon, NV). Water will be used for stock water and domestic purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
