Notice is hereby given that MARY E. BALDECCHI, has filed in this Court a Petition for Appointment of Personal Representative, for Issuance of Letters Testamentary and for General Probate Administration as to the estate of MARY JOY SLATE deceased, and a hearing has been set for December 5th, 2023 at 9:00 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, at the courthouse of the above-entitled Court. All persons interested in the estate are notified to then and there appear and show cause, if any they have, why the Petition should not be granted.
