PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE
Pursuant to the Carson City Charter, section 2.110, pertaining to the publication of an ordinance adopted by the Carson City Board of Supervisors, the following ordinances were proposed at the regular meeting of the Carson City Board of Supervisors held on October 19, 2023, voted upon, and adopted at the regular meeting held on November 16, 2023, and ordered by said Board of Supervisors to be published by title:

Bill No. 114
An ordinance relating to flood damage prevention; revising definitions; revising flood prevention development standards; revising provisions on administrative procedures relating to variances; and providing other matters properly related thereto.
The names of the Supervisors voting for passage of the foregoing ordinance at the November 16, 2023, meeting are: Supervisor Stacey Giomi, Supervisor Maurice White, Supervisor Curtis Horton, Supervisor Lisa Schuette, Mayor Lori Bagwell

Bill No. 115
An ordinance relating to zoning; establishing various provisions to change the zoning from Single Family 12,000 (“SF12”), Conservation Reserve (“CR”) and Limited Industrial (“LI”) to Single Family 21,000 (“SF21”) on parcels totaling ±81.09 acres located to the west of the terminus of Rhodes and Betts Streets, Assessor’s Parcel Numbers (“APNs”) 009- 031-05, 009-031-07, 009-031-08 and 009-031-29.
