The property is commonly known as 2319 Dawn Circle, Carson City, Nevada. 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioners, the State of Nevada Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Health Care Financing and Policy (Nevada Medicaid), and Suzanne Bierman, Administrator, through undersigned counsel, having filed a Verified Petition for Imposition of Medicaid Lien on Real Property (“Petition”) on the subject property in the amount of Fifty Thousand Thirty-Seven Dollars and Sixty-Four Cents ($50,037.64), a hearing has been set for October 30, 2023, at 3:00 p.m., or at such time immediately thereafter as this matter may be heard in Department I of the above-referenced Court, located at 885 East Musser Street, Carson City, Nevada. 

The purpose of this hearing is to establish the record related to matters alleged in the underlying Petition sought by Nevada Medicaid to protect potential future recovery of Medicaid benefits paid on behalf of the above-named Decedent. 

PLEASE NOTE: As of the date below, this Court is holding hearings in person.
