NOTICE TO CREDITORS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the

undersigned represents JEAN B. DUCKETT

and EDWIN BURT DUCKETT, the currently

acting Trustees of the DUCKETT FAMILY

TRUST. That JOHN W. DUCKETT and JEAN

B. DUCKETT were the original Grantors and

Trustees of said Trust. That JOHN W. DUCKETT,

also known as JOHN WARD DUCKETT,

died on August 19, 2023. A creditor having

a claim against the trust estate on behalf of

JOHN W. DUCKETT must submit his or her

claim to the undersigned on behalf of the currently

acting Trustees within ninety (90) days

after first publication of this Notice.
