NOTICE OF MODIFICATION TO
EXISTING TARIFF
1st Response Towing, LLC d/b/a The Tow Truck Company, CPCN 7136, Sub 4, filed an application for two (2) of their locations, Reno and Las Vegas, to modify tariff rates, and requested interim authority under Docket 24- 04003.
Persons with a direct and substantial interest in the filing may file Petitions for Leave to Intervene at the Authority’s office. Such Petitions must conform to the Authority’s regulations and must be filed on or before April 22, 2024.
