Yerington woman identified in March 30 deadly crash

A 61-year-old Yerington woman died on March 30 after a crash on US95A and Lyon County mile marker 27.

The preliminary investigation indicates that a white Toyota Tacoma was traveling southbound on US95A at 7:06 p.m. when the Tacoma left the road way, re-entered the roadway, crossed both travel lanes and vaulted into the east shoulder landing on its roof, the Nevada State Police Highway Patrol said in a press release.

The driver of the Toyota, Terri Lynn Gerbasi, died at the scene.
