The Carson City Historical Society will present "Victorian Secrets With Tea” from 1-3 p.m. Saturday, April 27 at the Carriage House behind the Foreman-Roberts House Museum, 1207 N. Carson St.

Van Sickle is a local living historian and budding costuming enthusiast. From a young age, she has been fascinated with Victorian dress and was introduced to 1860s fashion while her parents were re-enactors in the early '90s.
