Notice is hereby given that EARL WESLEY CUMMINGS, III and LYNNAE MUIRE NIEDERKORN, has filed in this Court a Petition for Appointment of Administrators and for General Probate Administration and Request for Authorization to Sell Real Property as to the estate of JEANNE LEOLA CUMMINGS deceased, and a hearing has been set for May 7, 2024 at 9:00 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, at the courthouse of the above-entitled Court. All persons interested in the estate are notified to then and there appear and show cause, if any they have, why the Petition should not be granted.
