NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that RICHARD S. STAUB, having filed in this Court their First and Final Account, Report of Administration, Petition for Distribution, and Application for Order Authorizing Payment of Attorney’s Costs and Fees in the estate of LARRY RUSSELL HILL, deceased, the hearing of the same has been fixed by said Court for Tuesday, the 14th day of May, 2024, at the hour of 8:30 A.M., of said day, at the Courthouse in CARSON CITY, Nevada, and all persons interested in said estate are notified to then and there appear and show cause, if any they have, why the prayer of said First and Final Account, Report of Administration, Petition for Distribution, and Application for Order Authorizing Payment of Attorneys Costs and Fees should not be granted.
