WMT Enterprises, LLC d/b/a WMT Medical

Transportation (“Applicant”) filed an application

for a Contract Carrier Permit, under docket 24-

02006, pursuant to contracts with Fundamental

Clinical and Operational Services, LLC.

Persons with a direct and substantial interest

in the filing may file Petitions for Leave to

Intervene or Protests at the Authority’s office.

Such Petitions must conform to the Authority’s

regulations and must be filed on or before March

11, 2024.
