REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Carson High School Restroom Remodel GMP-1
Plenium Builders has been selected as the public Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) and will be requesting Lump Sum proposals for the Carson High School Restroom Remodel Project.
The full project will consist of:
• Demolition & construction of existing restrooms from a gendered layout into a general use type layout.
• Estimated value of construction: $6,000,000.
• GMP-1 early procurement trades required are doors, frames & hardware, plumbing, hvac, and electrical.
• Bid documents will be available to prequalified subcontractors on March 1, 2024.

Bids Due: March 14, 2024 @ 2:00pm
Interview: Individually Scheduled
Project Start: June 2024
Project Completion: October 2024
NOTICE: Subcontractors, who will perform at least 1% of the estimated value of the work or $50,000 whichever is greater, must be qualified pursuant to NRS 338.16991. Proposals will be returned to the subcontractor unopened if the subcontractor has not been qualified per NAC 338.580.
