NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS
Andrew Carpenter filed a Joint Application under Docket 24-01004 for the sale and transfer of 100% stock of All Points Towing, Inc. a carrier authorized to provide consent and non-consent tow car service under CPCN 7053, Sub 1, to Curtis Tackett. The Application may include tariff modifications.
Persons with a direct and substantial interest in the filings may file Petitions for Leave to Intervene at the Authority’s office. Such Petitions must conform to the Authority’s regulations and must be filed on or before February 8, 2024.
