Carson City road report for June 17 to 23, 2024

The following applies to June 17-23:

Road closures are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:

• 2nd Street between Carson Street and Curry Street will be closed to westbound traffic until June 30, 2025, for construction.

• Curry Street between King Street and 2nd Street will be closed to traffic on Monday, from 5 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:

• 5th Street between Hells Bells Road and Marsh Road will be closed to westbound traffic from Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastbound traffic will have flagger control from Monday-Tuesday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

• Butti Way between Airport Road and Fairview Drive will be reduced to a single lane from June 17-28 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• Carson Street between Adams Street and Parks Street will have reduced northbound lanes from June 17-28 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• Curry Street between Adams Street and Park Street will be reduced to a single lane through June 21, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• Mallory Way near 800 Mallory Way will have reduced lanes Monday-Friday, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• Musser Street between Plaza Street and Stewart Street will have reduced lanes from Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

• Robinson Street between Valley Street and Roop Street will have reduced lanes from Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

• Saliman Road near Seely Loop will have narrow lanes from Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

• South Carson Street near Koontz Lane will have shoulder work on the northbound side of the street. There will be narrow lanes Monday-Friday, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• Telegraph Street between Stewart Street and Valley Street will be reduced to one lane Monday to Friday, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• William Street between Roop Street and Saliman Road will have shoulder work on the eastbound side of the street. Use caution. The bike path will be closed and trucks will be entering and exiting the roadway from Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

• Winnie Lane between Mountain Street and Carson Street will have shoulder work on the Southside of Winnie Lane from Monday-Thursday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. No street parking on both the North and Southside of Winnie Lane due to lane shifts.
