Notice is hereby given that ASHLEE MARIE McGARITY, has filed in this Court a Petition for Appointment of Administrator, and for \Summary Probate Administration and Request for Authorization to Sell Real Property as to the estate of BARBARA ANN McGARITY deceased, and a hearing has been set for April 9, 2024 at 9:00 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, at the courthouse of the above-entitled Court. All persons interested in the estate are notified to then and there appear and show cause, if any they have, why the Petition should not be granted.
