NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned represents the currently acting Co-Trustees of THE DARREL AUSTIN FAMILY TRUST, established June 20, 2018. That DARREL W. AUSTIN was the Grantor and original Trustee of said Trust. That DARREL W. AUSTIN, also known as DARREL WAYNE AUSTIN, died on February 1, 2024. A creditor having a claim against the trust estate or on behalf of DARREL W. AUSTIN must submit his or her claim to the undersigned on behalf of the currently acting Trustees within ninety (90) days after first publication of this Notice.
