HEPWORTH, has filed in this Court a Petition for Appointment of Administrator, for Issuance of Letters of Administration and for Summary Probate Administration as to the estate of CARLOS D. CERVANTES aka CARLOS D. CERVANTES BERUMEN deceased, and a hearing has been set for May 21, 2024 at 9:00 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, at the courthouse of the above-entitled Court. All persons interested in the estate are notified to then and there appear and show cause, if any they have, why the Petition should not be granted.
