Notice is hereby given that SCOTT CRAIG PAYNE, has filed in this Court a Petition for Appointment of Administrator, and for Summary Probate Administration and Request for Authority to Sell Real Property as to the estate of DAVID LEE PAYNE aka DAVID L. PAYNE deceased, and a hearing has been set for May 21, 2024 at 9:00 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, at the courthouse of the above-entitled Court. All persons interested in the estate are notified to then and there appear and show cause, if any they have, why the Petition should not be granted.
