Inmate walks away from city work detail

Officials are searching for a Nevada Department of Corrections inmate who walked away from a work detail Tuesday morning. Inmate Michael Ariola, 35, of Pershing County, walked away from work detail crews at 10 a.m. Tuesday morning near the Department of Motor Vehicles in downtown Carson City.
