I want to commend your newspaper for the outstanding service that you provide to families who are in grief. Lynn Qualls has done a superb job formatting and printing all the special information that is important to our families.

I am very proud that your paper provides obituaries free of charge as a service to your readers. There are many newspapers that charge hundreds of dollars for three inches of print. Some do not charge but refuse to print the nice things that made someone's life special.

Whenever I am doing an arrangement with a grieving family, I tell them that your paper will do a beautiful, professionally written obituary as a courtesy to them and a tribute to their loved one. Thanks for your care and concern. Thank you too, Lynn, for going the extra mile.
