The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty court:


-- A 39-year-old bakery worker was arrested at 7:35 p.m. Wednesday in the 3400 block of Highway 50 East for suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bail was set at $4,915.


-- A 71-year-old retired Carson City man was arrested Wednesday at 12:25 p.m. in the 600 block of Highway 50 East for suspicion of misdemeanor battery. He is accused of slapping an employee of Bank of America on the back after she asked him to leave. His bail is set at $1,105.


-- A 34-year-old laborer from Carson City was arrested at 11:05 p.m. Wednesday at Washington and Stewart streets for suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving and ex-felon failure to change address. His bail was set at $815.


-- A 21-year-old firefighter from Carson City was arrested at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the 1800 block of East Long Street for suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $1,105.


-- Judy Ruth Hibser, 53, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 9:07 a.m. Thursday in the 5400 block of South Carson Street on a Sacramento Superior Court warrant for suspicion of felony fugitive from justice. Bail was set at $25,000.
