A 30-year-old construction worker from Carson City was arrested at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Douglas County Jail on a Carson City Justice Court warrant for suspicion of misdemeanor failure to comply with court order. Bail was set at $2,000 cash.
He is presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
