A funeral Mass for Annie Matteoni DiCianno, 71, will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 1, at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Ely with Father Caesar Caviglia officiating.
There will be a Rosary at 7 p.m. Thursday at Mountain View Mortuary in Ely.
Mrs. DiCianno died Jan. 26, 2002 at her home. She was born March 6, 1930, in East Ely, to Alberto and Carolina Tuccori Matteoni.
She attended Ruth Elementary School and graduated from White Pine County High School in Ely.
Mrs. DiCianno worked for the First National Bank of Ely and retired from the U.S. Postal Service after 11 years.
She was preceded in death by two sisters.
Among her survivors are her husband Antonio (Tony) of Ely; son Dino of Carson City; daughter Dr. Julie DiCianno of Albuquerque, N.M.; grandson Nicholas Anthony DiCianno of Carson City and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to either the American Kidney Foundation or to a charity of choice.
