Volunteer Attorneys for Rural Nevadans, also known as VARN, will present the St. Patrick's Day Scramble golf tournament and drawing.
The event will be held Sunday, March 17 at the Dayton Valley Country Club. Shotgun start will be at 9 a.m.
Proceeds from the event will benefit VARN's pro bono program that provides free civil legal services to low-income people in rural Northern Nevada.
Entry fee is $100 per player, which includes green fees and cart, range balls, player package, continental breakfast and barbecue lunch. Hole sponsorships are also available for $100 each. For more information, call (775) 883-0404 or 1-800-323-8666.
