The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in court:


-- A 31-year-old unemployed Carson City man was arrested at 10:30 p.m. Saturday in the 500 block of West College Parkway for suspicion of misdemeanor criminal contempt. His bail was set at $1,100 cash only.


-- A 24-year-old manager from Carson City was arrested at 12:58 p.m. Saturday on College Parkway for suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving and no tail lamps. His bail was set at $1,145.


-- A 26-year-old unemployed Reno man was arrested at 2:55 a.m. Sunday at Carson and Washington streets for suspicion of misdemeanor failure to comply, speeding, driving on a suspended license and expired plates. Bail was set at $1,315.


-- Oscar Rojas, 25, a cook from Los Angeles and Abel Torent, 25, also from Los Angeles, were arrested at 8:50 p.m. Saturday in the 3600 block of North Carson Street for suspicion of felony grand larceny and burglary. Police suspect the two men are involved in a floor-buffer theft ring out of Reno. Bail for each was set at $25,000.


-- A 23-year-old construction worker from Carson City was arrested at 12:56 p.m. Saturday in the 2600 block of West College Parkway on misdemeanor warrants for failure to appear and failure to comply and new misdemeanor charges of speeding and no insurance. His bail was set at $1,595.


-- A 32-year-old electrician from Reno was arrested at 1:30 p.m. Saturday on Saliman Road for suspicion of driving on a suspended license, disobeying a traffic device, failure to appear in Carlin on a traffic citation and faillure to appear in Reno on a traffic citation. His bail was set at $1,415.
