A memorial service for 12-year Gardnerville resident Patricia Ann Phillips will be at 2:30 p.m. Monday at FitzHenry's Carson Valley Funeral Home.
Mrs. Phillips died April 24, 2003 at Carson-Tahoe Hospital. She was born July 24, 1938 in Oklahoma to Herbert and Hazel Perkins. She was 64.
She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Phillips lived in San Jose, Calif., prior to moving to Gardnerville.
Among her survivors are her husband Sammy V. of Gardnerville; son Mike of Washington; daughters Lou Ann Jett of El Cajon, Calif., Debbie Phillips of San Jose and Cathy Phillips-Hummel of Galt, Calif.; three brothers; one sister, grandchildren Robbie, Jonathan and Danielle Phillips, Josh Nesbitt and Chenoa Bradley; and one great-grandchild.
Cremation is under the direction of FitzHenry's Crematory in Carson City.
FitzHenry's Carson Valley Funeral Home in Gardnerville is in charge of arrangements.
