A graveside service for Neoma Evon Pecenka, 67, a Carson City resident for the past 30 years, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Walton's Carson Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Pecenka died Oct. 27, 2003, in Carson City. She was born Aug. 14, 1936, in Chico, Calif., to Charles and Erna Meyer England.
She attended Healds Business College in San Francisco then worked as a secretary/receptionist. Mrs. Pecenka and her husband lived and worked in St. Croix in the Virgin Islands for two years. She enjoyed gardening, collecting antiques and being with her family.
Among her survivors are her husband of 48 years, Daniel Dale and son Daniel D. and daughter Lisa Ann Pecenka Robbins, all of Carson City; sister, Ernylla England of Applegate, Calif.; granddaughters Emma Robbins and Sahara Robbins; and many nieces and nephews.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
