Maxine E. Kopyscinski, 81, a Vista, Calif., resident for the past 20 years, died Sept. 10, 2003, in Oceanside, Calif., of cancer. She was born on April 23, 1922, in Wyoming.
Mrs. Kopyscinski was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her sister and brother-in-law Pat and Ham Hamilton; grandsons Baby Fatke, Rodney and Lenard Jr.; and great-grandson Zachary.
Among her survivors are her husband of 35 years, Philip of Vista; son and daughter-in-law, Walter and Laura Fatke of El Segundo, Calif.; daughters and sons-in-law Darlene and Tom Hopkin of Goldonna, La., Karen and Stephen Loft of Carson City and Susie and Tom Fenton of Las Vegas; daughter Millie Flynn of Pico Rivera, Calif.; stepson, Walter Kopyscinski of Massachusetts; grandchildren Gabby, Danielle, Jeff, Stacie, Shannon, Christopher, Michelle, Brenda, Daniel, Maxine, Becky, Lena, Sherri, Sean, Suzie, Rosie, Priscilla and PJ; and 20 great-grandchildren.
A private memorial service and cremation are planned.
North County Cremation Service is in charge of arrangements.
