A memorial service for Walter Statton, 73, a Carson City resident, will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Walton's Chapel of the Valley.
Mr. Statton died April 10, 2006, at Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center.
He was born Aug. 15, 1932, in Tulsa, Okla.
He married Sylvia Statton on Oct. 20, 1963, in Carson City.
He was retired.
He enjoyed HAM radios, computers, fishing and shooting.
Among his survivors are his wife of Carson City; sons George, Mike and Jack Patterson and Gary Weese; and daughter, Carolyn Filman.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
