Alaskan Brown Bears at Nugget on Tuesday

The Ormsby Sportsmen's Association (OSA), a local organization for hunters and fishermen, will meet at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday evening at the Carson Nugget Convention Center.

The evening will feature Carol Bailey of Washoe Valley with a color slide program on the Brown Bears of Katmai, Alaska.

OSA meets on the third Tuesday of each month for the months of January-May, has outdoor picnics in June-September and is back indoors in October and November.

There is no regular meeting in December.

All OSA meetings, functions and activities are free of charge and open to all club members and to anyone else who is interested in the outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping, etc.

The annual membership dues are $5 for adults and $2 for youngsters under the age of 16.
