The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


• Jessica Romero, 18, a cashier from Carson City, was arrested at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the 3800 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of felony embezzlement. According to the police report, she allegedly would ring up purchases then void them for friends at her job at Mervyn's. Bail was set at $15,000.


• A 45-year-old construction worker was arrested at 4:12 a.m. in the 1400 block of Siskiyou Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.


The following are some of the 138 calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:


• Court-order violation report in the 1700 block of Russell Way at 9:26 a.m.


• Accident at Randall Drive and Figuero Way at 10:56 a.m.


• Fight report in the 3000 block of Austin Lane at 9:45 p.m.


• Fight in the 700 block of Hot Springs Road at 10 p.m.


• An injury accident at South Saliman Road and Sonoma Street at 10:13 p.m.


• Accident at 3800 Highway 50 East at 11:08 p.m.


Lyon County


The following are some of the 117 calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:


• Coroner call on Interstate 80 in Fernley at 8:52 a.m.


• Graffiti report at the rest area on Highway 339 at 10:46 a.m.


• Accident on Highway 50 Alternate in Fernley at 2:32 p.m.


• Accident on Canary Circle in Fernley at 7:09 p.m.


• Battery report in the 1200 block of Highway 95 Alternate in Silver Springs at 11:27 a.m.


Storey County


The following are some of the 18 calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:


• A motorcyclist was taken to the hospital by helicopter after wrecking his bike on State Route 341 at 12:26 p.m.


• A woman reported at 6:01 p.m. her ex-husband and her mother were threatening her.


• A Greyhound bus blew a tire on Interstate 80 at 7:55 p.m.
