The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


• A 32-year-old painter from Carson City, was arrested at 10:21 p.m. Monday in the 1200 block of Woodside Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.


• A 54-year-old unemployed Dayton man was arrested at 10:21 p.m. Monday on Empire Ranch Road on suspicion of misdemeanor second-offense drunken driving and failure to maintain a lane. Bail was set at $2,289.


• A 42-year-old state worker from Carson City was arrested at 2:40 p.m. in the 1100 block of Sonoma Street on suspicion of misdemeanor second-offense drunken driving, driving on a license revoked for drunken driving, eluding, having an open container of alcohol in the vehicle and speeding in a school zone. Bail was set at $3,132.


The following are some of the 147 calls to which deputies responded Monday:


• Vehicle injury report in the 800 block of Jackson Way at 6:50 a.m.


• Commercial burglary in the 2100 block of Highway 50 East.


• Threat report in the 2900 block of Gillis Way at 2:25 p.m.


• A report of two small children shopping without their parents in the 3200 block of Market Street at 3:27 p.m.


• Accident at Butti Way and Fifth Street at 5:37 p.m.


• Accident at Northridge and Ridgecrest drives at 8:29 p.m.


Lyon County


The following are some of the 105 calls to which deputies responded Monday:


• Misdemeanor arrest at the Dayton Cemetery following the report of a drunken driver at 3:31 a.m.


• Accident on Highway 50 East in Mound House at 10:17 a.m.


• Accident in the 300 block of Shadow Lane in Fernley at 1:29 p.m.


• Accident on Highway 95 Alternate in Silver Springs at 1:45 p.m.


• Accident on Highway 95 Alternate in Mason Valley at 2:30 p.m.


• Residential burglary report on North Willhoyt Lane in Mason Valley at 4:56 p.m.


• Residential burglary report in the 100 block of Creekside Drive in Mark Twain at 6:467 p.m.


Storey County


The following are some of the 17 calls to which deputies responded Monday:


• A grandmother reported she was teaching her 5-year-old grandson how to call 911 at 12:39 p.m. after dispatch received a hang up.


• A German shepherd dog was struck by a car on Territory Way at 9:51 p.m.
