Mark Thomas, 78, a Silver Springs resident, died May 14, 2006, at his home.
Mr. Thomas was born July 30, 1927, in Carbondale, Colo., to Martin and Margaret Gallob Thomas.
He was preceded in death by son Mark Teddy Thomas; brother Joseph Thomas; and sister Margie Alexander.
Among his survivors are his wife of 60 years, Janice Thomas, of Silver Springs; son Tommy N. Thomas; daughter Terry Watson; brother Martin Thomas; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Walton's Sparks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
