Yerington volleyball knocks off Fernley

Kayla Lommori had a huge night with 30 kills and nine blocks as the Yerington volleyball team continued its strong play in a 25-10, 23-25, 25-9, 25-12 win over Fernley on Wednesday.

Also for Yerington (26-1, 11-0 in the Northern 3A), Dena Helme had nine kills, two aces and five digs, Angela Marracini had five kills, one block and three aces, Rani Williams had three kills, Kiara Rosse had three kills, seven digs and 21 assists, Bre Tognoli had 17 assists, three aces and 11 digs, Danelle Britstol had four caes and seven digs and Lommori added an ace.
