The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


• A 31-year-old unemployed man from Reno was arrested at 4:17 p.m. Monday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to appear. Bail was set at $1,126.


• A 24-year-old car washer from Stagecoach was arrested at 8 p.m. Monday at Winnie Lane and Division Street on suspicion of misdemeanor disorderly conduct. His bail was set at $150.


• A 25-year-old laborer from Carson City was arrested at 6:20 p.m. Monday at Roventini Way and Silver Sage Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor license suspension revoked for DUI. His bail was set at $1,000.


• A 41-year-old mechanic from Las Vegas was arrested at 5 p.m. Monday at North Carson Street and Hot Springs Road on suspicion of misdemeanor contempt of court. His bail was set at $1,000.


• A 26-year-old self-employed man from Dayton was arrested at 2 p.m. Monday on Highway 50 East on suspicion of two counts of misdemeanor failure to appear for traffic warrants. Bail was set at $1,771.


• A 21-year-old cook from Carson City was arrested at 4:35 a.m. Tuesday in the 2400 block of Eastwood Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor probation violation. His bail was set at $3,000.


• A 27-year-old business owner from Carson City was arrested at 9 a.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of Vintage Circle on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to appear for a traffic warrant. His bail was set at $252.




The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded:


• Two cars with slashed tires in the 1700 block of North Peters Street reported at 6 a.m. Thursday.


• One drunk man with a warrant found laying under a car at 10 a.m. Thursday in the 400 block of Lee Street.


• A semi-truck hit three other vehicles before continuing eastbound on Highway 50 at 12:41 p.m. Thursday at East William and North Roop streets.


• A battery at 4:30 p.m. Thursday in the 3800 block of Highway 50 East.


• A fight involving six people reported at 7:44 p.m. Thursday in the 1400 block of Continental Drive.


• A man threatening to kidnap a newborn baby from the hospital reported at 11:10 p.m. Thursday in the 1600 block of Medical Parkway.


• A battery reported at 5 a.m. Friday in the 400 block of West Winnie Lane.


• A security camera stolen reported at 6 a.m. Friday in the 5200 block of Metric Way.


• A suspect in a battery with a deadly weapon reported at 12:46 p.m. Friday to have hit a vehicle with his car in the 3800 block of South Carson Street and then fled the scene.


• A comforter set in the truck of a car reported stolen at 2:50 p.m. Friday in the 1400 block of South Carson Street.


• A juvenile refusing to tell her parents where she has been, reported at 11:23 p.m. Friday in the 1400 block of La Loma Drive.


• A battery reported at 1 a.m. Saturday in the 1400 block of North Carson Street. Reporting party said the suspect attempted to drown him in his koi pond.


• A drunken fight involving six suspects reported at 3:14 a.m. Saturday in the 500 block of North Carson Street.


• Stolen checks reported at 11 a.m. Saturday in the 200 block of Bath Street.


• A runaway teen reported at 9:15 p.m. Saturday in the 1200 block of Woodside Drive.


• Mother refused to return child to adoptive parents reported at 10:40 p.m. Saturday in the 1900 block of North Peters Street.


• A fight reported at 3:42 p.m. Sunday in the 400 block of North Carson Street.


• Numerous children drinking and doing drugs at a remote location near Brunswick Canyon reported at 1 a.m. Monday.


• A man reported at noon Monday in the 4000 block of Pheasant Drive that his ex-wife had attempted to buy a new car with his credit card and open a credit account at Old Navy.


• A man reached over a fence to punch the reporting party's son at 3 p.m. Monday in the 300 block of Crystal Water Way and then threatened to shoot the dog.


• A battery reported at 2:38 p.m. Tuesday in the 3100 block of North Carson Street. An employee from the BunnyRanch allegedly hit the reporting party in the face with a cell phone, complaining that a man who is renting a room at the business stole money from her and she can't afford a cab.


• A domestic dispute reported at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the 5700 block of South Edmonds Drive between a man in a wheel chair and a woman with leukemia. The reporting party said the man is using mental abuse to harm her.


• A battery involving a bat reported at 3:46 a.m. Tuesday in the 1300 block of Como Street.
