Here are some recent trout plants in Western Nevada by the Nevada Department of Wildlife:
Sept. 20: Mountain View Park Pond in Yerington: 203 rainbow trout, 10.5 inches in length.
Sept. 20: West Walker River in Lyon County: 1,498 rainbows, 10.5 inches.
Sept. 20: Wilson Common Pond in Washoe Valley: 501 rainbows, 10.5 inches.
Sept. 20: Davis Creek Pond in Washoe Valley: 600 rainbows, 10.5 inches.
