The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


• Edith Frances Curtis, 54, of Carson City, was arrested at 9:22 p.m. Friday in the 200 block of Jeannell Drive on suspicion of felony violation of parole or probation. No bail was set.


• Armando Delgado, 23, of Reno, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. Saturday at Lakeview Hill on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor driving under the influence of drugs, open container and failure to maintain a single travel lane. Bail was set at $3,926.


• Tiffany Nicole Peterson, 23, of Minden, was arrested at 10:34 p.m. Friday at Mills Park on suspicion of felony contempt of court and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $1,632.


• A 27-year-old construction worker from Reno was arrested at 10:28 p.m. Friday at Deer Run Road and Highway 50 East on suspicion of misdemeanor driving under the influence second offense, possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription, failure to maintain a single travel lane and improper turn. Bail was set at $3,953.


• A 56-year-old unemployed Carson City resident was arrested at 5:37 p.m. Friday in the 500 block of East William Street on suspicion of misdemeanor driving under the influence second offense, open container and no valid driver's license. Bail was set at $2,874.


• A 37-year-old unemployed transient was arrested at 4:16 p.m. Friday at Airport Road and Carmine Street on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant. Bail was set at $1,000.




Lyon County


The following are some of the 107 calls to which deputies responded:


• A kidnapping report taken at the Fernley substation at 8:41 a.m. Friday.


• A report of a battery at Fernley High School at 9:39 a.m. Friday.


• A report of drug possession or sales on Logan Road in Fernley at 4:36 p.m. Friday.
