James 'Jimmy' Wells

A private burial at sea will be held for James "Jimmy" Wells, a 14-year resident of San Francisco.

Mr. Wells died Aug. 4, 2007, in San Francisco.

Mr. Wells was born Oct. 30, 1970, to Diana Jamison and Bob Wells in Santa Clara, Calif. He was raised in Carson City and graduated from Carson High School in 1988. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1989-93. He was a Desert Storm veteran.

He was a harbor master for the City of San Francisco. He enjoyed motorcycle riding, surfing and baseball.

Among his survivors are his parents and sister Cathy Wells.

The Neptune Society of San Jose is in charge of arrangements.
