The following menus are for the week of Feb. 26-March 2 and subject to change without notice. Choice of beverages is included with meals:

Dayton

The lunch menu for the Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

Monday: Turkey tetrazzini, carrots, biscuit with butter, mixed fruit, vanilla wafer.

Tuesday: Veal cutlet, mashed potatoes with gravy, mixed veggies, peaches, sherbet.

Wednesday: Baked chicken, green beans, potato wedges, roll with butter, pears, angel food cake.

Thursday: Pork strips, spinach, potato wedges, applesauce, rolls, cake.

Friday: Breakfast, 9-10 a.m. - biscuits with gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, V8 and orange juice.

Silver Springs

The menu for the Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Way:

Monday: Cheeseburger, fries, carrot-raisin salad, plums.

Tuesday: Turkey with stuffing and gravy, green beans, fruit salad, bread with butter.

Wednesday: Baked chicken, steamed rice, Brussels sprouts, fruit cobbler.

Fernley

The menu for the Fernley Senior Center 1170 W. Newlands Dr:

Monday: Ham and beans, spinach salad, cornbread with butter, pears, cottage cheese.

Tuesday: Beef stew, roll with butter, green salad, apple-peach cobbler.

Wednesday: Chicken and dumplings, broccoli, pineapple, cake.

Storey County

The Storey County Senior Citizens Center is on the corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

Monday: Sweet-and-sour chicken, brown rice, peas and carrots, mixed- greens salad, whole-wheat bread, cookie.

Tuesday: Macaroni and cheese, spinach, baked potato, whole-wheat bread, fruit and yogurt.

Wednesday: Sloppy Joe, baked beans, carrots, mixed fruit.
