The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


• Cesar Jose Munoz, 29, of Carson City, was arrested at 7:16 a.m. Saturday in the 1400 block of Como Street on suspicion of felony conspiracy to sale, exchange or transport a controlled substance. Bail was set at $20,000.


• Jolene Justine Kasper, 18, of Carson City, was arrested at 5:52 p.m. Friday in the 900 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of felony uttering a forged instrument, obtaining money under false pretenses, using a false ID to avoid prosecution and misdemeanor violation of a suspended sentence. Bail was set at $2,300.


• Jodi Miller-Liebowitz, 24, of Carson City, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. Friday in the 400 block of West Winnie Lane on suspicion of two counts of felony uttering a forged instrument and two counts of obtaining money under false pretenses. Bail was set at $20,000 cash.


• Steven Marc Chan, 30, of Reno, was arrested at 5:04 a.m. Saturday in the 400 block of West Winnie Lane on suspicion of felony forgery, two counts of false imprisonment, and possession of methamphetamine. Bail was set at $25,000.


• A 21-year-old Carson City resident was arrested at 6:10 p.m. Friday in the 1600 block of Airport Road on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to appear and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $1,287 cash.


• A 25-year-old Wal-Mart employee from Carson City was arrested at 1:02 p.m. Friday in the 1600 block of Airport Road on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to appear. Bail was set at $358 cash.


• A 19-year-old fast-food worker from Carson City was arrested at 6:34 p.m. Friday in the 600 block of East College Parkway on suspicion of misdemeanor violation of a suspended sentence. Bail was set at $1,000 cash.


• A 21-year-old Carson City resident was arrested at 6:12 p.m. Friday in the 600 block of East College Parkway on suspicion of misdemeanor contempt of court. Bail was set at $770 cash.


• A 22-year-old electrician from Dayton was arrested at 3:49 a.m. Saturday at Saliman Road and Fairview Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving, no valid driver's license, failure to obey a traffic signal. Bail was set at $1,578.


• A 26-year-old electrician from Carson City was arrested at Saturday evening in the 3700 block of Woodside Drive on suspicion of two counts of misdemeanor failure to appear. Bail was set at $1,993.




Lyon County


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded:


• A report of a drunk driver on Sage Drive at 1:57 a.m. Friday.


• A resident in the 50 block of West Tucker Lane reported at 9:55 a.m. Friday that his caretaker had taken his debit card and used it without permission.


• A man reported at 12:39 p.m. Friday that someone cut the gas line to his car while it was parked in the 10000 block of Highway 50 East.


• A report of a domestic dispute in the 20 block of Green Acres Lane at 6:32 p.m. Friday.
