A prayer gathering for Jeremy Michael Bruce Woolman, 13, will be 1 p.m. Sunday at the Dayton Cemetery.
He died May 27, 2006, at Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center.
He was born June 11, 1992, in Reno, to Andra Woolman.
He was attending Silver Stage Middle School in Silver Springs.
He enjoyed football, baseball, biking, swimming, acting and video games. His ambition was to be a professional football or baseball player.
He is survived by his mother of Stagecoach; brothers John Benjamin Chance Woolman of Stagecoach and Jason Daniel Ryan Woolman of Carson City; and by numerous extended-family members and friends.
