One Carson City carrier for the Nevada Appeal is completing his route, all others are done. Three out-of-area carriers are still out in Dayton, Yerington and Topaz/Wellington.
Redeliveries to out-of-area calls will begin after 11 a.m.
Subscriber services phones will be turned on again at 11 a.m.
