CARSON CITY

The luncheon menu for the Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Drive, includes milk or coffee every meal.

Monday: Chili dog on a bun, cheesy fries, marinated broccoli salad, applesauce.

Tuesday: Baked stuffed pork chop, seasoned lima beans, garden salad w/fat-free dressing, fruit.

Wednesday: Chicken Caesar salad, pickled beets, French bread w/margarine, grapes.

Thursday: Roast beef, baked potato with lite sour cream and chives, green beans, whole wheat roll with margarine.

Friday: Cheese ravioli with meat sauce, Italian vegetables, garlic bread, honeydew melon.

DAYTON

The lunch menu for the Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

Monday: Ham, scalloped potatoes, green beans, whole wheat roll, banana, brownie.

Tuesday: Chicken with mushroom sauce, stuffing, whole wheat roll, broccoli, cauliflower, Ambrosia.

Wednesday: Taco salad, beet-onion salad, tortilla chips, strawberry shortcake.

Thursday: Liver and onions, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, green salad, bread, peaches.

Friday: Biscuit and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, watermelon, V8 and orange juice.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

The luncheon menu for the Douglas Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane.

Monday: Salisbury steak, 3-bean salad, scalloped potatoes, asparagus, chocolate pudding.

Tuesday: Cream of broccoli soup, lemon baked fish, brown rice, cauliflower, carrots and snow peas, colorful salad, brownie.

Wednesday: Chicken fettuccini, Italian cabbage salad, winter blend vegetables, garlic bread, raspberry cheesecake.

Thursday: French dip, beet salad, potato wedges, fresh fruit cup.

Friday: Combination pizza, green salad, fruit punch.

SILVER SPRINGS

The dinner menu for the Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.

Monday: Spud stuffer with ground beef, cheese, sour cream, carrots, pears, fruit juice.

Tuesday: Polish sausage, sauerkraut, peas, rye bread, peaches, cookies.

Wednesday: Chef salad, green beans, strawberry pie, fruit juice.

Thursday: Baked pollack, garden salad, baked potato, orange, Jell-O with orange slices.

Friday: Waffles with blueberry and strawberry toppings, scrambled eggs, sausage, orange juice, V8.

STOREY COUNTY

The Storey County Senior Citizens Center is located on the corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

Monday: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, 3-bean salad, fruit.

Tuesday: Turkey-bean burrito, Spanish rice, seasoned zucchini, apricot halves.

Wednesday: Lasagna, garlic bread, green salad, fruit salad.

Thursday: Breaded chicken, macaroni salad, ranch beans, cobbler.

Friday: Fish and chips, corn on the cob, coleslaw, cottage cheese with fruit, ice cream, pudding.

YERINGTON

The Yerington Senior Center is at 117 Tilson Way:

Monday: Cabbage rolls, carrot medley, creamed potatoes, bread, banana split.

Tuesday: Chili dogs, fries, carrot-raisin salad, pie.

Wednesday: Tuna salad, garlic toast, lime bisque.

Thursday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes with gravy, vegetable, beet salad, bread, cook's choice dessert.

Friday: Barbecue in the park with hamburgers and hot dogs, Polish dogs, 3-bean salad, mixed fruit, cookie bars.

FERNLEY

The menu for the Fernley Senior Center 1170 W. Newlands Drive:

Monday: Turkey ala king with noodles, carrots, mixed fruit, biscuit with margarine, vanilla wafers.

Tuesday: Summer stew, cornbread with butter, green salad with dressing, mixed veggies, apple, cookie.

Wednesday: Pizza, green beans with tomatoes and mushrooms, corn, peaches, cake.

Thursday: Macaroni and cheese with ham, raspberry-cranberry salad, veggie salad with dressing, roll with butter.

Friday: Biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, hashbrowns, fresh fruit, V8 and orange juice.
