Opal Peckham

Opal Peckham, 94, a twenty-one year Gardnerville resident, died Sept. 23, 2008. She was born April 5, 1914 in Monroeville, Ind. to Jesse and Josie (Walters) Bellis. She was preceded in death by husband, Guy Peckham. Opal is survived by daughter and son-in-law Cheryl and Neil Peddicord, three grandchildren, three great grandchildren and two nieces. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. A service is to be held in Yuba City, Calif. at a later date. FitzHenry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
