He is survived first by his wife Marty. They were married Valentines Day, 1986. Bob and Marty had an adventurous life. They worked in the Casino industry over 20 years.

Bob worked in Security, Restaurant Management, Beverage Management, and Hotel Management. They opened several new casinos together, moving around quite a lot.

They lived in Gardnerville, Minden, Stagecoach, Las Vegas, and Carson City. They even spent a year living in Wichita, Kan. They moved to Greenwood to semi-retire near their daughter, Joanne. Bob opened his dream store Bob-Mart Resale Furniture in October 2006 and had a great time.

Bob is also survived by sister and brother-in-law Marilyn and Tony Bertrami of Oyster Bay, N.Y.; son Larry F. Scott of Laguna Hills, Calif.,; daughter and son-in-law Joanne and Stacy Carnell of Hackett, Ark.; son and daughter-in-law Matthew and Suzie Hansen of Carson City; son Michael Hansen of Half Moon Bay, Calif.; sister-in-law and husband Diana and Peter Zemp of Carson City; niece and husband Amanda and Keith Pinter; niece and husband Katie and Jared Feser all of Dayton. Bob loved all his friends and family dearly and we will all miss him, but now as he used to say whenever he and Marty moved on to a new adventure he's "On the Road Again"
