Maja Rogney and Robert Davis were married on Oct. 2 in an outdoor ceremony at the Tannenbaum on Mt. Rose.
The bride is the daughter of Kay and Pete Rogney of Genoa. She graduated from Douglas High School in 1999 and Virginia Tech in 2004 with a degree in business hospitality and tourism management.
The groom is the son of Connie and Tom Davis of Jacks Valley. He graduated from Douglas High School in 1999 and the University of Nevada, Reno in 2004 with a degree in computer science.
The couple are both employed in Reno.
The bride was attended by Tillie Martin, Nikki Dunn, Annie Gastelum, Catherine Michaels, and Laura Moore.
The groom was attended by Randy Halcomb, Travis Edmunds and Mike Eliopulos.
After a honeymoon in Aruba, the couple are making their home in Reno.
