Obituary: Olive Joyce Lambert

Olive Joyce Lambert, 72, a former resident of Carson City, died July 25, 2009, in Reno. She was born Feb. 26, 1937, in Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Sara Smit; brothers, Dingus and Elmer Hale; and sister, Myrtle Wheaton. She is survived by her daughters, Terry Yost of Reno, and Jerri Eby of Sparks; brothers, Clyde Hale and Henry Hale Jr., both of Indiana; sisters Margaret Fox of Palm Springs, Calif., Berta Collings of Phoenix, Ariz., and Jean Fugate of Indiana; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. A private graveside service will be at Walton's Carson Gardens Cemetery in Carson City. Walton's Chapel of the Valley, Carson City, is in charge of arrangements.
