CARSON CITY

Monday: Meatball sub, broccoli soup, pears, vanilla pudding.

Tuesday: Sweet and sour chicken, ginger rice, oriental veggies, Mandarin oranges, red leaf salad.

Wednesday: Beef stroganoff, egg noodles, mixed veggies, plums, whole wheat roll with margarine.

Thursday: Mushroom pork, yams and apples, green beans, raspberry Jell-O with pineapple.

Friday: Cabbage roll, linguini, tossed salad, peach cobbler.

DAYTON

Monday: Spud stuffers, ground beef, cheese, onions and sour cream, carrots, peaches.

Tuesday: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, beets, veggie salad, roll with butter, pears.

Wednesday: Beef stroganoff with noodles, Brussels sprouts, green salad, Jell-O with Mandarin oranges.

Thursday: Grilled cheese sandwich, potato corn chowder, orange, spinach salad, tropical fruit cup.

Friday: Quiche Lorraine, bacon, hashbrowns, fresh fruit, V8 and orange juice.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

Monday: Fried chicken, macaroni salad, mashed potatoes and gravy, biscuit, chocolate cream pie.

Tuesday: Meatball stew, pasta salad, orange juice, corn muffin, strawberry cake.

Wednesday: Pork chop, mashed potatoes and gravy, tropical fruit salad, seasoned green beans, roll and applesauce, cake and ice cream.

Thursday: Two beef tacos, ranch beans, Mexicorn, orange, rice pudding.

Friday: Stuffed salmon fillet, rice almondine, Italian cabbage salad, baked potato with sour cream and green onion, lemon bars.

Monday: Chili rellano casserole, spinach, Spanish rice, spicy pears.
